2am+Refresh+Multiple Heart Attacks= New Nurse

Knowing that today the DOPL website would reveal if I PASSSED or failed my nursing boards, I kept checking, checking, and checking some more for ANY glimpse of relief I could find, since I felt like my heart might SERIOUSLY stop beating at ANY second! Even though I knew the results wouldn't be posted until 2 AM, I couldn't resit checking before (about every 5 seconds starting at 11)....... but only kept giving myself heart attack after heart attack waiting to see what the screen would reveal as I pushed refresh again and again. I honestly have never been through so much physical TORTURE!!!

I decided I could only handle ONE MORE refresh session before I would most likely passed out. As I pushed refresh at 2:04 am, a new screen I had never seen before popped up!
It read: JORDAN RYANN ROBERTS, REGISTERED NURSE, ACTIVE LICENSE

I cannot tell you the JOY I felt at that moment!! SO much relief and a feeling of accomplishment FINALLY over came me. The torture was ALMOST worth it. (Only ALMOST though because I think I just subtracted about 10 years off of my life by putting my heart through such horrible trauma!)

I am feeling very blessed right now! It has been another event in my life that has helped my testimony to grow and to know that my father in heaven is aware of me. What an awesome experience............NOW I can say! And a HUGE thank you to so so so many people who have helped me to achieve my goal!

my sweet sweet jordan, wow you made me cry! I am so proud of you, you worked so hard:) We might never know the reason why we have to experience what we do here on earth, just as long as we endure to the end and endure it well. Congratulations again!

Hi Jordan, I am your second cousin, Fawn...not sure if you remeber me since the last time you saw me was almost 10 years ago in Salt Lake with my family on a vacation & your and your family meet us to look at holiday lights at the Temple. Anywhooo....I just wanted to say congrats on your Graduation and becoming a certified nurse. You should be so proud, having a degree opens up so many doors! I am going to post this on the Amos Family Blog so the whole family will know where to direct any medical questions :)
